The purpose of this memo is to inform all members of staff that the Department of
Communications at Pure Masters’ Academy Inc. is solely responsible for all conversations,
letters, emails and correspondences TO customers. The communications officer responsible for
such is Herman Small Jr. All forms of communications are accountable to Mr. Small ONLY.
Financial matters in particular must be addressed to the communications officer VIA email or
other formal methods of communication. It should also be noted that communications to
customers can ONLY be authorized by Mr.Small.

NB. Any member of staff found in breach of the above information, may leave themselves liable
to penalties from the accounts and/or administrative department.
