33.6 The formula for determining the financial scores is the following:
Sf = 100 x Fm / F, in which Sf is the financial score, Fm is the lowest price and F the price
of the proposal under consideration.

The weights given to the Technical and Financial Proposals are:

Tech. score = 91
Tech. weight = 91 * 70% = 63.7

Fin. Submission = 83,000,000

Lowest fin. Submission = 50,000,000
Therefore, Company A fin. Score = 50,000,000/ 83,000,000 X 100 = 60.24
The Fin. Weight = 60.24 x 30% = 18.07

Company A score = 63.70 + 18.07 = 81.77
