Subject: Request for urgent passport renewal services

Dear Sir, Madam Tech Mahindra is a global information technology services and consulting company
running several IT projects across the world.

Once of the biggest projects kicked off this year is the Implementation of Oracle Applications for the
Transmission Commission of Nigeria. Accordingly, our employee, Yemesserach Fikru Desalegn,
based in Addis Ababa, was supposed to travel to Abjua to carry out on site project assignments, but
was unable to do so due to passport expiry issues. Even though our employee has applied for a
passport renewal in August 2023, she still has not received her passport up to now.

We kindly request your support in expediting the renewal of her passport as we are in a critical phase
of the project and her on site participation is greatly required.
