Subject: request for generator clarification document

It’s well known that kitchen generator was not installed in the building and this issue leading our
kitchen equipment out of power during Ethiopian Electric Utility power line outage the kitchen
equipment remains without from the existing generator. This interruption poses a significant
inconvenience for the kitchen operation.

To address this issue, we are investigating and comprehensive analysis of the load for kitchens and
we require the following data and clarifications.
1. Design documents of the existing two synchronized generator sets and their automatic fuel
filling system that the contractor submitted to you and you reviewed.
2. Testing and commissioning of detail for the existing two synchronized generators with full
load including the duration process
3. Verification of the Automatic fuel filling system insuring the fuel pump Automatically refills
From the main tanker when the level is low. We require testing and commissioning of this
process

Subsequently, considering all the provided data and clarifications we urgently request your office to
supply the aforementioned information
