Storage of supplies, materials, equipment, textbooks, and other
learning resource materials

Inventory of supplies, materials, equipment, textbooks, and


other learning resource materials.

Issuance of supplies, materials, equipment, textbooks, and other


learning resource materials
Preparation and submission of reports of all property accountability of
the school.
General Assistance in the preparation of School Form 7 (SF 7)/ teaching loads of
Administrative teachers.
Support
Assistance to the school planning team in the preparation of SIP/AIP.

Provision of general administrative support like reproduction of learning


materials, encoding of reports, preparation of documents, School
Form 7 (SF-7), etc.

Financial Assistance in the preparation of the following documents:


Management
● Cash disbursement register

● Authority to debit/credit account

● Liquidation reports including supporting documents

Facilitate submission of all financial documents to the SDO and/or


bank, if necessary.

Assistance in other financial-related tasks of the School Head.

For IUs, assist the School Head on the preparation of required


reports from COA, DBM, and other oversight agencies.
