Subject: Misconduct of Employee Reference is made to the Acceptance of Resignation of


Early Release letter dated 11 May 2023.

After due deliberation, the Management has decided to rescind the letter in view of the incident
that happened whereby

On 10 May 2023, Wednesday at approximately (what time), you went into the office located at 5-
0-1, Jalan 2/109F, Taman Danau Desa, 58100 KL, you came to the office (2 floors above Monkey
Bar at {})and started to shout and behaved in a threatening manner towards the employees
working in the in the office consisting of Ms Teddy Kan, Ms Sereen, Ms Yun Wei, Ms Shi Qing xxx

When your Manager, Ms. Mandy Chin heard the commotion and came out to inquire, you also
started to shouting at her saying that you are not to be blamed for the spate of resignations from
the staff under your supervision. When Ms. Mandy answered you back, you started to raise your
voice and threatened her with the words ” “you guys watch out, you will know who I am later”.

Your disruptive behavior of shouting at and threatening the employees and the Manager in the
office has caused the employees to fear for their safety and a police report has been lodged
against you. By your behavior, you have also violated the rules and regulations of the Company
and because of this. The Management has decided not to grant you early release from your
notice period and as such you will have to serve the 1 month notice period in full. Your official
last day shall be on ……..after offsetting your annual leave balance.

However, we note that after this incident, you have been absent from work since 11 May 2023
until to-date without prior approval neither did you inform your Manager by providing a valid
reason for your absence.

Therefore, since you have been absent from work since 11 May 2023 and for the safety of the
employees in the office, we shall treat that you have given the Company short notice. Your salary
shall be paid until 10 May 2023 (please make sure the short notice days are correct).

Please return all Company belongings such as Identification badges, car sticker, name cards,
etc. issued to you to the HR Dept.

Management is very ashamed that you were misbehaving with other employees. On 10 th May,
while you were reporting work at Monkey Bar 5-0-1, Jalan 2/109F, Taman Danau Desa, 58100 KL,
you came to the office (2 floors above Monkey Bar) shouting, finger-pointing and threatening the
office employees Ms Teddy Kan, Ms Sereen, Ms Yun Wei, Ms Shi Qing, Ms Mandy due to you said
you being blame on not capable in handling operation staff and lead to many staff resignation.
Before you leave the office, you had conducted a threat to the above mentioned employees “you
guys watch out, you will know who I am later”. While you were walking down the staircase and
you shouting at our boss again when he was walking up to the office concurrently.

You left the work place on 10th May, 3:45pm and you had absent for 2 consecutive day.
