IV. Background/Rationale

Comon High School doesn’t have any online presence aside from Facebook. If you
would search on the internet anything about “Comon High School” with the use of any of
the search engines available online i.e google, yahoo, etc. the result shown will not be the
official site of the school. There are probably some blogs, of course the Facebook
account, or any websites that the name Comon High School is mentioned maybe by the
student/s, school articles, or any group of individuals or organizations.

The main reason why the proponent exerts much effort to this project is to offer
Comon High School an online presence development legacy project which will be
recognized and will be declared an official website by the school administration.

The proposed official website will contain articles that truly portray the school to
showcase its best practices, excellence, and culture, provide a way of reaching alumni
and friends throughout the world and open an avenue for information drive and fund-
raising activity for school projects.

 V. Terminal and Enabling Objectives
This project proposal aims to showcase the best practices, excellence and culture of
the school which can be proudly exposed globally.
1. Establish identity and create a link for the community and to the world.
2. Provide the way of reaching alumni and friends throughout the world.
