time a change initiative is introduced.

everytime something old or new is
introduced or reintroduced. Some
would easily accept it. For others, it
would sometimes take time for them to

These responses are valid and

are driving factors or forces that
enable us to move forward and toward
our desired change. There are also
restraining factors or forces that
hinder us from reaching our goal--from
that space of desired change--just like
when you are sailing on a windy day in
rough seas.
