JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSON

We, ARACELI M. PALANCA, Filipino, of legal age, widow, and a resident

of Barangay Decalachao, Coron, Palawan, and CRISTINA CASTRO, Filipino, of
legal age, married, and a resident of Barangay Decalachao, Coron, Palawan,
subscribing under oath, depose and say, THAT:

1. We personally know the person of GENEROSA FLORES BERING-NOVERO, as

we are also residing in Barangay Decalachao, Coron, Palawan;

2. We hereby attest that the following documents, dated October 21, 2023 bearing
the name GENEROSA “BERING” NOVERO, to wit;

a. AFFIDAVIT, executed by Nora N. Dela Cruz and siblings; and

b. JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS, executed by
Rosemary Villacrusis and Lourdes A. Ramirez

3. We also know for a fact that the same GENEROSA FLORES BERING-NOVERO
is one of the heirs and surviving spouse of the late TEOFILO R. NOVERO, the
registered owner of a parcel of land located at Barangay Decalachao, Coron,
Palawan, embraced and described under Original Certificate of Title No. E-
5127.

4. Affiants further sayeth naught.
