Safety is the primary thing we must practice wherever and whenever, because accidents are
not predictable, that lead to injured and worst kill individual. Practicing the popular saying
“Safety first before anything else” has a big impact to us individual, as it will ensure the well-
being of everyone as well as the environment. Providing proactive steps minimizes the
accidents, prevents injuries, and promotes productivity and efficiency in various tasks.
2. Enumerate 5 work-related hazards and identify corrective actions to be done to
prevent such safety and health hazards from happening.

 Chemical Hazards:

- Provide appropriate training on handling chemicals.

extension of the hand that helps in the performance of any tasks. There are various
advantages of tools that it provide to the people as it increases the efficiency, precision,
speed, and reduces the physical effort of humans. They enable the completion of tasks that
would be otherwise be impossible or significantly more challenging without them, and also
provide consistent results, and ensure flexibility in different tasks.
4. What are hand tools, power portable tools and power machines?
Answer:
Hand tools are manually operated tools, such as hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches,
designed for precision and control in various tasks. Power portable tools are electrically or
pneumatically powered tools that are handheld and can be easily carried to different work
locations, such as drills, grinders, and sanders. Power machines are larger, stationary tools
powered by electricity or other energy sources, typically used for heavy-duty tasks, such as
lathes, milling machines, and table saws. These tools and machines are essential in various
industries for tasks ranging from construction and woodworking to metalworking and
maintenance work. Proper training and safety precautions are crucial when using hand tools,
power portable tools, and power machines to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
