Company Policy:
In cases of extreme emergency only and in the event you need to extend your leave, you must submit
a leave extension request. This must be done via the ESP app on your phone or tablet, or via the
hotline number (+971509007930) and be at least 3 working days in advance of your due return date.
You will be expected to provide supporting documentation e.g. medical certificates. You may only
extend your leave for extreme emergencies and with written advance approval from Transguard.
Failure to follow company procedure is likely to lead to immediate termination of employment on
your return from the unauthorized leave.
