Executive Summary
Beauty Mark Salon is a modern self-care private limited company
that provides its services and beauty products to females between
the ages of 16 and 50 years old. It offers young females the
opportunity to get their desired hair, nails, skin care or anything
cosmetic needed to boost their self-confidence for a reasonable
price . Brochures are also offered at the entrance to state what
products and services the facility has to provide. Customers can
book appointments in advance or they can simply walk in and
receive treatment. Each person is guaranteed undivided attention
as our staff consists of several professionally trained workers.

Given the significance of bodily care, our salon promotes its own
articles and research on cosmetic treatments that one can undergo
to ensure that action is taken to protect her health and well-being.
Beauty Mark Salon uses organic products that have not been tested
on animals, as well as homemade remedies that contain very little
to no chemicals. Beauty Mark Salon plans to promote their services
through digital advertising and their self-established cosmetic
products.

females self-confidence by providing the dream cosmetic care for

Beauty Mark Salon also specializes in researching, developing and
recommending cosmetic products tailored to any specific skin and
hair type or condition. The salon aims to provide a comfortable
experience appealing to customers with offers such as keratin
treatment ,styling, extensions, coloring and conditioning
treatments for hair, manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel nail polish
and custom designs as well as facials, exfoliation, extractions and
hair removal for the skin. Additionally, relaxing massages are also
offered alongside makeup, eyelash extensions and eyebrows are
done to enhance the natural beauty. Personal attention will be
given to customers by professionally trained estheticians,
hairdressers, cosmetologists and masseuses. The facility has a
comfortable and inviting ambience to welcome any female into a
relaxing, pleasant experience.

For Beauty Mark Salon, we are focused on product, price, place and
promotion.

Target Market - At our Salon, we strive to provide our services at


affordable prices for all. We believe that self care should be
convenient in every aspect. In addition, our staff consists of many
professionally trained estheticians, hairdressers, nail technicians,
cosmetologists and masseuses who will devote their undivided
attention to each girl in need.

Market Need - females between the ages of 16-50.

Market Research - Beauty Mark Salon has researched and


reviewed various articles based off of research done on skin
allergies, hair care and nail care. Employees have also been trained
and went through thorough exams to ensure they are well
equipped and educated to provide services worthy of any female's
time.

The prices are also significantly affordable compared to other


salons and provide exclusive services dedicated to any girl.
Promotion will be executed via television and radio advertising,
flyers and brochures as well as social media (Facebook and
Instagram) and newspaper advertisements.

Operational Plan
Beauty Mark Salon has its own personal building headquartered in
Port of Spain . Customers can easily access our location as we are
situated in an isolated area with little to no people nearby. In
addition, high end security guards have been hired to ensure the
safety of each customer.

In our salon, we conduct our operations with high quality


machinery and equipment. We engage with trust-worthy suppliers
who manufacture strictly organic products that make up a large
component of our inventory. Our employees are professionally
trained, dedicated individuals who each has 3-5 years of experience
in their field of work.
Management Plan
Beauty Mark Salon plans to appoint different managers and
directors for each department in the company including
production, marketing, financial, human resources and research
and development departments. This would include a supervisor
as well as a managing director who demonstrate honesty,
trustworthiness and focus to our employees as well as make
difficult but intelligent decisions for our teams. These directors
and supervisors also have the ability to solve any sources of
conflict within the organisation from positive and negative conflicts
to internal and external conflicts.
Financial Plan
Beauty Mark Salon’s financial plan consists of cash flow
projections, income statements and balance sheets. We record
information in our cash flow projections every 4 months, income
statements each month and balance sheets annually.

A Cash Flow Projection is a plan of income and expenditure for a


future time period. We use cash flow projections to estimate the
inflows and outflows of our business and whether or not we would
experience an overdraft.

We use income statements to summarize our revenue and


expenditure over a period of time.

Balance Sheets help us assess the financial status of our


business at specific points in time.
