1. REFERENCE/S: Request Letter to conduct face to face interview to the

remaining DCJ-MD PDL student applicants dated September 25, 2023.

2. MISSION/PURPOSE: To inform SETBIFI that the scheduled interview on

the 27th will be move on the 28th of September 2023.

3. PLACE/S COVERED: Davao City Jail Male Dormitory.

4. DATE COVERED: 1000H 28 September 2023.

5. PARTICIPANTS: Three (3) PDL student applicants

6. NARRATIVE:
a. Please be informed that the interview was move on the 28 th of
September due to lack of BJMP personnel escort. Out of thirteen (13) college
applicants, only three (3) remain interested to attend the interview.
b. Attached herewith are the list of three (3) students for interview
and signatures of those who withdraw.

7. ISSUES/CONCERN/ RECOMMENDATIONS: College Education Behind

Bars should continue the interview of the qualified students.
