Greetings of peace!

The undersigned below are Grade 12 students of the University of the Southern
Philippines Foundation taking up the strand of Accountancy, Business, and
Management (ABM). We are currently preparing to conduct our data collection on
Inquiries, Investigation, and Immersion (III) to our research entitled “THE INFLUENCE
OF COMMUTERS SATISFACTION ON RIDE HAILING APP TOWARDS STUDENTS’
PREFERENCES.” The goal of this study is to know how commuter satisfaction
influences the students’ preferences towards the ride hailing app.

In line with this, we would humbly like to ask your good office to allow us to
conduct our pilot testing with the Senior High School students at the university. Utmost
confidentiality will be treated to the respondents and the environment of this study.
Furthermore, we would like to ask permission to distribute our survey questionnaire via
Google Forms provided with the informed consent form. The results of this study are to
determined how it influence the commuter’s satisfaction to the student’s preferences in
using of ride hailing apps. Moreover, upon completion of the research paper, the
department will be given a bound copy.
