Good morning, everyone.

It is my honor and pleasure to introduce our guest speaker for


today’s graduation ceremony. Our guest speaker today is an alumnus of our very institution. He
is class valedictorian in Villareal 1 Central Elem. School for the Class of 2008. He proceeded to
Villareal national High School and was valedictorian there as well in his senior year in 2012. He
took his bachelor’s degree in the University of the Philippines and completed his Bachelor of
Arts in Economics. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Management in the
University of the Philippines.
Our guest speaker is currently working as a Local Government Operations Officer for the
Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and is the provincial focal person for
the following programs:

Our guest speaker is, like yourselves, of humble beginnings. He rose to the challenge,
conquered adversity and achieved success through hard work and commitment. He has become
an inspiration to many and has dedicated his life to making a positive impact on the world. He
has been a leader and a role model and has made significant contributions to society.
Please join me in welcoming our guest speaker, Cliff B. Rado, to the stage. We are
honored to have him here with us today and look forward to hearing and pondering his words of
wisdom.
