Ma’am.
Cluster 3, dedicated to promoting collaborative learning and professional development, is
excited to propose a Clustered INSET Activity to be held on January 24-26, 2024, at Nagcaduha
Elementary School. Recognizing the importance of teamwork and strong leadership in achieving desired
outcomes, this training aims to:
 Foster a united and supportive team spirit: Through interactive workshops and team-building
exercises, participants will strengthen their bonds, learn to leverage diverse strengths, and work
towards common goals with greater cohesion.
 Develop essential teamwork competencies: The program will focus on honing communication
skills, conflict resolution strategies, and effective collaboration techniques, ensuring that
participants can function as a high-performing unit.
 Elevate leadership skills: Targeted sessions will equip participants with practical leadership tools
and strategies to guide and motivate their teams, inspiring a culture of excellence.
 Expand KSA (knowledge, skills, and attitude): Renowned education experts will share their
insights into best practices and innovative teaching methods, empowering participants to
continuously refine their knowledge and skills.
This comprehensive training promises to have a ripple effect, not only enhancing the professional
development of teachers but also leading to improved student engagement, academic achievement, and a
more vibrant school environment. We are confident that this investment in our educators will yield
significant and lasting benefits, and we humbly request your approval to proceed with this valuable
initiative.

Respectfully,
