Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen!

It is my distinct honor to introduce our esteemed guest of honor and speaker for today's gathering to you.
This day will be noted to be one of those rare and beautiful moments because our guest's name echoes the
essence of service, dedication, and a young man of many achievements.

The speaker this afternoon is a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management that studies how
Education has the power the change lives. He exalted a character or quality that made him unique,
manifested by all his achievements in the field he had chosen.

As a young professional, he has dreams of serving humanity just like any one of us; the main reason he
took Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. He took his graduate studies and finished
Masters's of Arts in Teaching major in English. He did not stop dreaming and believed that pursuing higher
Education is paramount to becoming an efficient and effective public servant; One of the main reasons he
took and finished his Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational management is all in the same University;
the University of Rizal System, Morong Campus.

He has more than ten years leading large, diverse, and teeming public-school systems in the Division of
Rizal. It was a defining moment and experience when he chose to work at Sun rise development school,
Inc. Served for four years at Marciana P. Catalos National High School. Presently earned Master Teacher II
and Officer-in-Charge of Tanay Senior High School, and a part-time instructor at URS Morong Campus,
College of Science. 

Our keynote Speaker received multiple recognitions for being an outstanding public-school servant. He was
a Guronasyon Most Outstanding Secondary School Teacher year 2017, 2018 semi-finalist, 2019 finalist of
Gawad Kampilan Most Outstanding Secondary School Teacher. 

His acknowledgment also reached the Division and Regional as he competed and won first place in the
different categories during the Division and Regional Press Conference. 

Im telling you all that he is worthy of our time this afternoon. He is also a Curriculum Writer, National
Trainer, and Language Critic of DepEd Central Office in Language Enhancement and Pedagogy. Language
Critic of SHS Unique Track of DepEd Cental Office. Module Writer and Evaluator in DepEd Region IV-A
Calabarozon and DepED Rizal.

But what makes our speaker relevant today is because he has been the town's talk when he placed second
in oral presentation in the District Conference on Basic Education Research. 2020 won third place in the
Division Research Conference, Oral Presentation, SHS category.  

He is easily one of the most recognizable members of the Tanay SHS. Nevertheless, I believe that he has
also come to be one of our most trusted public officials. Please join me in giving a warm welcome to the
man wisdom, achievements, and unconquerable principle without any further ado. Ladies and gentlemen,
