Respect. When I ask him to do something, he does it swiftly.

He was always present everytime we are making the output.

: In a score of 1-10,I would rate him an 8 out of 10. I believe that he can be a great group member, he just needs to regulate his
playing habit. He’s always present when we are making the output, but all he does is play. Sometimes, I have to really raise my
voice a bit so that he will get the idea that I’m serious. He can get the job done, but he doesn’t take me very seriously.

His greatest strength from the list above is his ability to offer ideas. Among the group, he was one of the few who
was able to offer solid and decent ideas.

His respect. Even though he bought all of our materials, he even offered to help.
