I would like again to seek your assistance on this matter to which I have written to you last year March
23, 2021 for a possible committee meeting. The correspondence was received by Marilyn dela Rosa and
Merly Gimpes. Yet nobody contacted me nor was there any action filed from your office.

Nevertheless, I write again to request for a meeting and thereby file a complaint against Rebecca G.
Sison of Lot A 8 Block 9 680 Tanigue Street regarding TCT 001-2018002681

( The address could not be found by anyone including Ms. Dela Rosa and Ms. Gimpes who knew her nor
by courier until recently).

If this would not be possible, may I request for a CERTIFICATE TO FILE ACTION so that this would save
your office of any liability?
