A RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING THE CON CEPT OF THE COMMUNITY

MOBILIZATION PROGRAM BETWEEN THE PHILIPPINE NATINAL POLICE
(PNP) AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGHNTHE SUPPORT OF
INTERFAITH VOLUNTEERS OWARDS THE GOAL OF HOLISTIC
TRANSFORMATION OF THE COMMUNITY, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE
“REVITALIZED PNP KASIMBAYANAN PROGRAM.”

WHEREAS, the Philippine National Police has been implementing

Internal cleansing program to its personnel pursuant to PNP MC 2018-036 (PNP Internal
Cleansing) and PNP MC 2019-027 (Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting);

WHEREAS, the PNP Memorandum Circular No. 2022-112 (Revitalized PNP

KASIMBAYANAN) provides the guidelines and procedures to be undertaken by PNP in
community mobilization program highlighting the the synergized and collaborative
partnership of the PNP with the general public and the interfaith volunteers/religious group;
 WHEREAS, the Pasuquin Municipal Police Station with the support of the Interfaith
volunteers/religious group aims to strengthen its partnership with the general public and bring
awareness to the community concerning peace and order and security;

WHEREAS, the PNP as the community leaders shall serve as the catalyst towards
police transformation to steer peace, order and progressive society thru the PULIS SA
BARANGAY and active support of the interfaith volunteers to bring the community into a
holistic transformation as law-abiding citizens;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolve by this body in session duly assembled to

implement the concept of the Community Mobilization Program between the Philippine
(PNP) and the general public through the support of the interfaith volunteers towards the goal
of holistic transformation, otherwise known as the “Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN
Program.”

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to all authorities

concerned for their information and appropriate action;
