Lesson 11 Formal Presentation

Create and deliver a formal presentation on a disease, illness, disorder,

condition or disability to the class.

● Your presentation needs to be informative.

● Your presentation needs to be for 5-10 minutes.
● References and quotes must be included in your presentation.
● You can choose whether you have slides or visual aids.
● Be prepared for questions at the end of your presentation.
● The aim is to stand at the front of the class to deliver your presentation.
● Before you start prepping, look through the Core Skills criteria and
review which skills you can be developing whilst developing and
presenting your work.
● You must be professional and practice your presentation before
delivery.
● It is advised that you use notes to support you in demonstrating
effective presentation skills.
