2023 KOICA Scholarship Program [Checklist for Application]

KOICA welcomes applicants from Vietnamese Government and public sector.

For 2023 KOICA Scholarship Program(SP), we are opening 24 courses in total and now we have 12 courses opened, which are the first batch of the 2023
KOICA SP.
✔ All original application documents must be submitted to KOICA Vietnam Office by February 28, 2023. (Important: It's not March 10!)
✔ According to our privacy policy, the original application documents for KOICA and for the university must be sealed in a separate envelope and
submitted altogether to KOICA Vietnam Office.
✔ Also, the scanned copy of the application documents for the university, should be sent to the university admission in the way specified in each
Program Information (PI) of the courses, by February 28, 2023 unless specified differently.
✔ The required application documents are specified in Application Guideline from KOICA and each Program Information (PI) from the universities.
✔ The Program Information(PI) and application forms for each course (universities) are also uploaded at: KOICA CIAT website
(http://www.koica.go.kr/ciat/index.do) English webpage → Menu (Stay connected →Notice). The PI's and the application forms may be updated, so please
double-check this website before you submit.
✔ For your convenience, please refer to the sheet for each course (universities) to make sure you do not miss out any of the required application
