Field Work Practice (PKL) is a form of education for students to apply the theories received
during the learning process at school into the real world of work. . So companies or agencies
are expected to provide opportunities for students to get to know the world of work better by
providing the opportunity to hold Field Work Practice activities with full discipline and
responsibility.
students while carrying out practical field work at the company PT. AZHARINDO UTAMA
operates in the field of housing contractors and developers, established on February 2, 2011.
Over the past 6 months, students have been assigned to monitor and supervise the progress of
the project, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the plans and specifications
that have been set. Then check the quality of materials, construction methods, and
compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations. Apart from that, students are
asked to make daily or weekly reports about work progress, the quality of materials used, and
notes of changes that may occur. Responsible for collecting and compiling project
documentation, such as as-built drawings, permits and licenses, and expense records.Students
interact with various related parties, such as architects, engineers, contractors and project
owners in solving problems that may arise during the project.

The compiler is assigned to find out the logistics mechanism in the warehouse. Material
logistics supplies are no less important than other jobs. Logistics management and supply
chain management are phrases familiar to most individuals in the world of development and
business. Every project must have a place or warehouse for material logistics, because every
project involves large volumes of goods that require storage space.

Field Work Practice (PKL) is a form of providing vocational education and training that
students participate in by working directly in the business world or industrial world (DU/DI),
systematically and directedly with competent supervision in their field with the aim of
gaining experience and mastery skills. expertise in a field to reach a certain level of
professional expertise. Through direct involvement in development projects, one can gain a
better understanding of the construction process. Practitioner carries out Field Work Practice
(PKL) activities at PT Azharindo Utama. The following are the results obtained by
practitioners from PT. Azharindo Utama Field Work Practice (PKL) activities:Practitioners
can find out how to input data on incoming and outgoing logistics or materials, Practitioners
can find out and calculate the costs allocated for each job
To school
1. I suggest that schools continue to develop collaboration with industry so that students can
be involved in projects that are more relevant to industry needs. This close collaboration can
improve the quality of students' PKL experience.
2. Aligning theoretical learning material with practical experience can be improved. Schools
can consider introducing deeper practicum material in line with technological developments
and the latest industry trends.
To industry
1. Providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations during PKL can help
students understand the extent to which they meet the company's expectations. This can also
serve as a basis for further improvement for students in the future.
2. Industry can increase orientation activities for PKL students. More in-depth information
about company policies, work environment, and expectations can help students be better
prepared and skilled when starting their internship.
To Students and Girls Who Will Do PKL
1. Take advantage of opportunities to build networks and relationships in the industry where
PKL is carried out. This can provide long-term benefits for career development and future
employment opportunities.
2. Taking the initiative in practical learning during PKL is very important. Students are
expected to actively ask questions, participate in projects, and seek opportunities to hone
skills relevant to their field of study.
