Dear Station Team;

From yesterday's visit what we observed;

These are the pending points to be able to carry out the HO on January 30,2024.

Civil
 Closing of pending Channel in SIG/COM.

 Placing the locks on the temporary doors.

  Dustproof paint up to the height of the false floor.
 Marking of the level of the raised floor around the perimeter of the room and the raised floor supports
 Fire extinguishers

MEP
 Installation of grounding rods.
 Temporary air fans at doors
 Temporary room panels with GFCI outlets.

The above activities as well as those being performed inside the rooms should be completed by Monday, January 29,
2024 and deep cleaning performed.

I look forward to hearing from you if these activities will be completed before the partial HO for RFTR SIG/COM or if you
have any comments regarding the points, please let me know.

13(San Bernardino), in preparation for the HO(Partial RFTR).
