1 Budget Price

EURO 6’136’000.00

For material (FCA factories Europe in accordance with Incoterms Revision 2020) including:
▪ Spare Parts for commissioning/testing
▪ Advisory Service for mechanical and electrical commissioning/testing (115 man-days, incl.
travel & accommodation)

The price comprises no turnover taxes and excise duties outside the country of the Supplier which
may be levied on the sale, the export/import, the transport and the assembly of the Works and its
utilization. All turnover taxes, value added tax, excise duties and other taxes or duties in the
country of the Buyer which might be levied by any public authorities whatsoever on the sale, the
export/import, the transport, the assembly and putting into operation of the Services and on its
exploitation are to be paid by the Buyer.

3 Not included/supplied by INTAMIN

▪ Site survey, engineering and construction of foundations, steel or chemical anchor bolts,
steel templates, and any other civil construction work including ride control booth, climate
controlled room(s) for switchboards etc.
▪ Local and/or governmental permit/inspections/certifications necessary for public
operation.
▪ Approvals by an independent institute (such as TÜV or others) of any technical
documentation, production procedures and on site commissioning.
▪ Conduits for cables, tubes, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or other connection lines
between the individual units (considered as part of builder’s work).
▪ Incoming power supply.
▪ Transportation.
▪ Structure erection, mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic installations.
▪ Advisory service for structure erection, mechanical/electrical/pneumatic installation, ride
testing and commissioning, personnel training, etc. – other than what is included in the
price.
▪ Installation materials like electrical cables, transformer (if necessary), pneumatic lines,
which are only needed for the loading gates (incl. air compressor), and/or other

connection lines between the individual units. This material, its connection and installation
is to be provided by the Buyer in accordance with the local regulations and standards.
▪ Any non directly ride-related structures such as load/unload platforms, crowd control,
queue line, entrance/exit gates, surrounding fences, stairways, maintenance catwalks,
netting incl. attachment points to track, etc.
▪ Spare Parts.
▪ Special and/or generic installation/maintenance tools and equipment.
▪ Touch-up painting of structures after installation.
▪ Retorquing of track/columns.
▪ Acoustic treatments.
▪ Lightning/grounding protection and rods.
▪ Any on & off board audio, illumination and video, decoration, show-sets, special effects,
sound system and/or show control systems.
▪ Closed circuit TV monitoring system, telephone, audio systems.
▪ Warning labels, safety instructions and emergency signs.
▪ Power factor correction equipment of any kind.
▪ Emergency power supply unit and UPS system.
▪ Power storage system.
▪ Evacuation and Maintenance Equipment, access ladders or stairs, etc. and evacuation
platform(s) along the ride which might be required by the local authorities.
▪ Clearance envelope pattern.

4 Indication for Delivery Time

The total delivery time is estimated at approx. 24 - 25* months from the date of contract signature
until handover/opening to the public. In detail, the following timelines have to be considered:
▪ Design/Engineering & Manufacturing: approx. 18 - 19 months
▪ Delivery: approx. 2 months
▪ Installation: approx. 3.5 - 4 months **
▪ Commissioning and Testing: approx. 2 months **

* … Since some of the steps are overlapping, the above total number of months is different from
the single ones simply added.
** … assuming an uninterrupted work progress

5 Terms & Price Validity

The price is based on Intamin’s “Standard Conditions of Contract” and valid until July 31st, 2023.
Due to the current situation on the raw material and commodity markets, the supply chain
disruptions and due to the volatility of the markets in general as well as high inflation rates, any
changes to the cost of the material and of production may incur a change in the prices quoted
above.
