    Every child has rights, no matter who they are or where they live. Our
    government has promised to protect, respect and fulfill these rights, yet they are still
    violated nationwide. Sabino Rebagay Memorial High School’s Child Protection
    Program focus on holding the government accountable on children's rights standards
    by monitoring its performance and commitments and ensures the protection of
    every learner under its care.

    In this view, the school would like to ask for your approval and
    recommendation of the formulated and localized school-based child protection policy
    adapted from D.O. #40, S. 2012, Policy and Guidelines on Protecting Children in
    School from Abuse, Violence, Exploitation, Discrimination, Bullying and other forms
    of Abuse.
