II. Findings and Analysis (Data are not limited to CO only but includes the other significant findings that
may need technical assistance or intervention.)

Sixteen (16) teachers were observed and monitored and provided technical assistance, 1 out of 16
teacher applied extensive knowledge of content beyond her area of specialization, 1 out 16 teacher
showed expertise in the content and uses appropriate pedagogy in delivering the lesson. 1 out of 16
teacher also used precise vocabulary and intonation to express meaning and often shows great fluency
and ease in delivering the lesson. 6 out 16 teachers provided diverse learners with opportunities to
actively engage in various learning activities.
Teachers were able also observed using the different multimedia thus; learners were seen engaged
learners during the entire teaching-learning process. Meanwhile, 2 out of 16 teachers provided
thoughtful and appropriate instructional adaptation for individual learner needs. The adaptation of
instruction is realistic and effective.
About 3 out of 16 teachers, we noted displayed comprehensive knowledge to engage almost all learners.
and , about 1 out of 16 The teacher consistently applies strategies, which are well aligned with the
learners’ individual and group learning needs, and motivates them to work productively and be
responsible for their own learning, lastly, 1 out of 16 teacher assisted the school head in the preparation
of proposal for GAD and INSET.

III. Recommendations

It is recommended that Technical Assistance should be provided to teachers every time they
prepare for a new lesson. Teachers are able to perform their work and are able to deliver the
teaching-learning process very well. As we shift from, blended modular to full-in person classes,
a LAC session should be conducted to be able to share inputs and best practices of the teachers
done in their respective classes. The recorded data and practices can be used as basis for
planning to intervention measures.
