Research Area: passport.
Research Title: Reducing Passport Line Waiting Through Online Application.
Background/Introduction:Passport Line Waiting is Very Serious in Somalia looking many
Aspects.
The population of the Somalia is over 15 million, and Mogadishu, the capital, is home to more
than 3 million people.
The number of the peoples who came in the day may be don’t get what they arrive, Because of
they are too much.
In furthermore, there was a corruption in the people’s they don’t work for as equal, so maybe
they work for the people they know other than you.
If you arrive early some one behind you may get a head of you, Because of maybe he/she knows
it.
Problem Statement:the problem statement of this Research is:
it takes long time to get your passport that you applied for long time ago.
Research objectives:the problem of this objectiveas follows:
To develop application system that can reduce too much people in the line waiting of passport.
To develop application system that people can booking it the passport line waiting.
To develop application that equal same of all the people.
To get reputations of our society so as to become real hard workers.
Research Significance:protect wastage time in our people’s satisfaction& make it easily to
Get their passport.
Research Question:The Question of this Research is:
Can the use of application system be reducing wastage time of getting the passport.

In Conclusion: Passport line waiting is a significant problem in Somalia's major cities, and the
problem requires a comprehensive solution that integrates various strategies. Our study showed
that use of an application system can effectively increase people’s satisfaction with getting a
registration and reduce waiting line times. A lack of information about online appointments was
the main reason for not using the application system. Non-attendance is an inevitable problem in
the development of the application system. To increase the efficiency of the registration system,
and to reduce non-attendance rates, further studies on various interventions such as the
promotion of online registration, and use of a reminder system should be considered.
