We are currently seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented BANKA Insurance Sales


Representative to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our banking partners to
promote and sell insurance products to their clients. The ideal candidate possesses a strong
understanding of both banking and insurance services, coupled with excellent communication

Responsibilities:

​ Partnership Development:
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with bank representatives and staff.
● Collaborate with banking partners to identify opportunities for cross-selling
insurance products.
​ Client Consultation:
● Work closely with bank clients to understand their insurance needs.
● Provide expert advice on insurance options that align with clients' financial goals.
​ Quoting and Proposal Development:
● Prepare and present insurance quotes to bank clients.
● Coordinate with banking partners to integrate insurance offerings seamlessly into
the overall financial planning process.
​ Sales and Closing:
● Utilize effective sales techniques to secure insurance sales through banking
channels.
● Provide support to banking partners in promoting and selling insurance products.

​ Market Analysis:
● Stay informed about market trends and competitor products.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with current
market demands.
​ Documentation and Compliance:
● Ensure all sales-related documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
● Stay updated on changes in insurance and banking regulations.

Qualifications:
