BAC Resolution recommending alternative mode of procurement

RESOLUTION NO. 2023- 01- 001
WHEREAS, there is an unforeseen contingency requiring immediate purchase of sports
equipment;
WHEREAS, the purchase/ service is below the threshold for shopping and small value
procurement for 5th class municipalities and that the requirements have been complied with in
accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184;
NOW, THEREFORE, We, the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby
RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED:
a) To recommend for approval by the Local Chief Executive that Shopping (Section
52.1.a) be used in the purchase of sports equipment.

goods/ contract of services duly approved under BAC resolution number 2023- 01-001;
WHEREAS, the quotations of the following supplies were found to be substantially
complying as per the attached requests:

RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED:
To declare NEW LAOAG BAZAR LMB ELECTRONINCS & GENERAL
MERCHANDISE as the supplier with lowest quotation for the urchase of sports
equipment and award the contract to the same;
a) To recommend for approval by the Local Chief Executive of the Barangay Adams the
foregoing findings.
