    SBAC RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND THE ADOPTION OF NEGOTIATED

    PROCUREMENT UNDER THE ALTERNATIVE MODE OF PROCUREMENT TO


    REQUEST FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PRICE QUOTATION FOR THE
    PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES.

    RESOLUTION NO. 2023– 002

    WHEREAS, Pinaglabanan Elementary School posted on PHILGEPS to procure OFFFICE


    SUPPLIES for FY 2022-2023 in the amount of Php.120,000.00 and failed because it did not reach
    the minimum required number of bidders.

    WHEREAS, Pinaglabanan Elementary School will repost on PHILGEPS to procure OFFFICE


    SUPPLIES for FY 2022-2023 in the amount of Php.120,000.00.

    WHEREAS, the said allotment is intended for OFFICE SUPPLIES.

    WHEREAS, after discussion the SBAC members decided to adopt Small Value Procurement
    (section 53.9) under Negotiated Procurements of Alternative Methods of Procurement for the
    procurement of goods;

    WHEREAS, the amount of 120, 000 thousand pesos only (Php 120,000.00) was allotted for the
    said procurement;

    WHEREAS, the SBAC decided and had come up to request for the submission of price quotation
    from bona fide and qualified bidders.

    NOW, THEREFORE, We, the members of the School Bids and Awards Committee (SBAC)
    hereby RESOLVED to the recommend the adoption of Small Value Procurement (section 53.9)
    under Negotiated Procurement of Alternative Methods of Procurement. To request for the
    submission of price quotation for the procurement of goods.

    RESOLVED, at Pinaglabanan Elementary School, Pinaglabanan Street, Brgy Corazon de Jesus
