AGENDA
I. PRELIMINARIES
 The meeting was called to order by Jm Blaire Neri. The invocation was given by Raquel
Saguing. A quorum was declared by the secretary, Shane Nicole Fordan. The
STEMagistics regular meeting agenda was approved following a move by Ritney Mae
Pacete that was properly supported by Sarah Nicolle Rabena.

II. HIGHLIGHTS AND AGREEMENTS

A. The STEMagistic Officers held their fourth regular meeting at the Senior High School
building, Room 8.2 on January 22, 2024, which started at exactly 10:30 AM. The intent
of the aforementioned meeting is to plan for the Clean-up Drive event of the
STEMagistics.
B. The proposed title for this event is "PAGKAHIUSA SA AKSYON: Join the GreenWave
Clean-Up Drive." which was approved by the majority. This event will be a face-to-face
activity on January 29, 2024.

C. It was approved by the majority that each student should bring gloves and sacks.

D. All officers agreed to contribute Php. 15.00 for the certicate of appreciation for the
Barangay officials.

III. OTHER MATTERS 4

• Mr. Jm recalled the activities that were agreed upon and delegated some specific tasks to
some officers to ensure the success of the activity.
• The officers asked for clarifications about the event, which was addressed by the
Governor immediately.
• The governor reminded the officers' tasks and gave them a deadline.

IV. ADJOURNMENT
There being no matter to discuss on motion by Jm Blaire Neri duly seconded by Jeric
Cadulong, the Fourth Regular Meeting of the STEMagistics Officers’ Meeting was
adjourned at 11:30pm.
