Low crude flow alarm at AVU Battery limit was activated in Panel. Panel Officers
Level in Crude flash drum started to decrease; hence F-101/201 pass flow set points will be decreased. Panel Officers
Since F-101/201 crude inlet pressure started to increase (because pass flow control valves will be Panel Officers
pinched to reduce flow), HVs is required to be pinched at 010-P-003 discharge.
Since flow reduced, F-101/201 COT will start to increase rapidly. To reduce CDU Furnace EA is Panel Officers
required to pinch the fuel oil / fuel gas valves at individual burners. Area-1 EA / JEA
010-P-003 A/B/C pump discharge will be pinched to reduce pressure at furnace inlet. Panel Officers
Area-6 EA / JEA
BOOT-3 to be followed up for availability of crude pumps. Panel Officers
Informed to all concerned about non availability of crude pumps and decision to go for unit hot Panel Officers
circulation.
Circulation line from VR Product of V-003 to be lined up. Pressure control valve (PV-3115) at battery Panel Officers
limit was closed. Area-3 EA / JEA
Gradually stripping steam flow to CDU / VDU Column will be reduced. Panel Officers
Ejectors in VDU column to be stopped one by one. Panel Officers
Vacuum break to be done by charging nitrogen in Vacuum Column. Slightly positive pressure to be Panel Officers
maintained. Area-5 EA / JEA
All products routing to be changed to heavy and light slop respectively and slop headers were routed to Panel Officers
Crude flash Drum. Area-3 EA / JEA
Stripping steam to CDU Column and all strippers to be completely closed by isolating block valves and Panel Officers
then closing the control valves. Block valve isolation is required to avoid hydrocarbon ingress in steam Area-2 EA / JEA
line.
Stripping steam to VDU Column to be completely closed by isolating block valves and then closing the Panel Officers
control valves. Area-5 EA / JEA
Gradually furnace COT to be reduced to 250 Deg C in F-101/201 by putting off burners. Panel Officers
Area-1 EA / JEA
F-002 furnace firing to be minimized by putting off burners in F-002. Panel Officers
Area-4 EA / JEA
Turbulising steam to F-002 to be stopped after isolating the isolation valves near the furnace passes and Panel Officers
then closing the Control valves (to avoid ingress of hydrocarbon in steam lines). Area-4 EA / JEA
LP Steam / MP Steam venting to be done if furnace superheating zone temperature is lower than the Panel Officers
saturation temperature of the steam. Area-1/4 EA / JEA
LP Steam Saturation Temperature: 155 Deg C
MP Steam Saturation Temperature: 200 Deg C
If any Pump around pumps in Vacuum Column looses level, then stop that pump. Panel Officers
Area-5 EA / JEA
Stop and isolate the vent gas burners. Close the vent gas XZVs to F-002. Panel Officers
Area-4 EA / JEA
Desalters pumps to be stopped. Panel Officers
Area-2/6 EA / JEA
Chemical dosing to be stopped. All isolation valves near the dosing point to be closed manually. Pump Shift in Charge
discharge valves to be closed. Area-3/5/6
EA / JEA
FLO to be lined up in AGO Seal fluid vessel V-019. Shift in Charge
Area-6 EA / JEA
FLO to be lined up in VGO Seal fluid vessel V-020. Shift in Charge
Area-5 EA / JEA
