Ok so4 this month I want you to do a diet change which

entails making sure you that you take1200mg of
supplement chondroitin a day, as well as continuing Stage
1 stretches for 5 sets and holding each stretch for 1
minute, Stage 2 hanging, Stage 3 diet changes, Stage 5
diet changes, Stage 6 sprinting, Stage 7 hang adjustments

& PNF stretches after your sprinting and Stage 8 cycling
for 30 minutes (or 15km) on a bike every 2 days with
gradual seat adjustment, Stage 9 diet changes, Stage 11
calorific intake and counting, Stage 12 sleep tracking,
Stage 13 diet change, Stage 14 pull-ups - once every

week (5 sets of 20 reps), Stage 15 chest presses - once
every week (5 sets of 20 reps), Stage 16’s 5 sets of 20
reps of squats 2 days after you do your chest presses,
Stage 17’s 5 sets of 20 reps of deadlifts the day after you
do your squats and Stage 18’s intermittently fasting 16
hours a day. The increase of stretches in Stage 19 and
the change in diet by adding a cheat day every other day
in Stage 20 and ensuring that you are getting between 15-
30mg of zinc a day as explained in Stage 21.

So4In the next 30 days you will be doing:-


1) 6 minutes of hanging from Stage 2(PNF style).
2) Drinking 2 litres of water (every other day).
3) Eating the amount of protein necessary to equal your
bodyweight in pounds (lbs) (every other day).

4) Drinking 1 litre of milk per day, taking cod liver oil &
glucosamine supplements (every other day)
5) Doing a sprinting session every 3 days.
6) Doing 3 PNF stretches right after your sprinting and
doing PNF style hanging to replace your normal
hanging from Stage 2.
7) Cycling for 30 Minutes (or 15km) every 2 days4 then
gradually adjusting the seat height when you feel

Ok so4for the next 30 days you are going to be


incorporating a diet change by adding in a new
supplement to your mix.

You will need to add in 1200mg of Chondroitin daily to


your diet, a supplement that will help your joints become
more supple, which will help your growing process.

You need to take 1200mg daily for 6 months and then cut
the dose in half to 600mg thereafter, this dosage will
ensure that you get the best effects from the supplement

to aid you in the growing process.

Why is Chondroitin important?

Chondroitin occurs naturally in the body and is a major
component of cartilage (the tough connective tissue within
joints).

During the growing process because your body is


changing you need more of it in your system to make you

joints more supple as during the grow taller program more
stress and weight is put on the joints. Also when you are
growing you want your joints to be as supple as possible
to be able to take on the growth.

Chondroitin acts by attracting more fluid into your joints


and making them spongey, stronger and more flexible.
They act as shock absorbers which can really help not
only when you are growing, but also when you are doing
exercise and stretches.

Chondroitin frequently comes as a joint supplement with


glucosamine (though if you find it separately, as long as it
is high strength you are fine to buy this on its own).

The two supplements work perfectly together and


complement each other in ways that are very beneficial to
the grow taller process.

You already take1500mg of glucosamine and this is
something that needs to continue, but as the chondroitin is
quite often sold together with glucosamine, you may just
need to top your dosage up.

For instance, if you buy glucosamine and chondroitin as a
joint supplement (high strength) then then you would take
the 3 tablets a day which would give you 1200mg of

chondroitin and only 888mg of glucosamine. To make this
up to the right amount, you would need to take 1 extra
glucosamine pill a day (from the glucosamine that you
currently take).

Otherwise, if you can find chondroitin by itself make sure

you take 1200mg high strength a day and continue on with
your glucosamine as you have been.

Note
It is very important that the chondroitin is high strength
and that you change the dosage from 1200mg to 600mg
after 6 months of taking it.
