the height of your cycling seat by 1.5cm or one notch.

Ok so3 this month I want you to do 5 sets of 20 reps of
chest presses once every week on the day after you do
your once weekly pull-ups, as well as continuing with your
Stage 1 stretches, Stage 2 hanging, Stage 3 diet changes,

Stage 4 squats, Stage 5 diet changes, Stage 6 sprinting,
Stage 7 hang adjustments & PNF stretches after your
sprinting and Stage 8 cycling for 30 minutes (or 15km) on
a bike every 2 days with gradual seat adjustment, Stage 9
diet changes, Stage 10 Deadlifts, Stage 11 calorific intake
and counting, Stage 12 sleep tracking, Stage 13 diet

change and Stage 14 pull-ups - once every week (5 sets
of 20 reps).

So3In the next 30 days you will be doing:-


1) All the stretches from Stage 1.
2) 6 minutes of hanging from Stage 2(PNF style).
3) Drinking 2 litres of water everyday.
4) Eating the amount of protein necessary to equal your
bodyweight in pounds (lbs).
5) Doing 100 squats every 3 days as shown in Stage 4
6) Drinking 1 litre of milk per day, taking cod liver oil &
glucosamine supplements
7) Doing a sprinting session within 24 hours of your
Stage 4 squats.

8) Doing 3 PNF stretches right after your sprinting and


doing PNF style hanging to replace your normal
hanging from Stage 2.
9) Cycling for 30 Minutes (or 15km) every 2 days3 then
gradually adjusting the seat height when you feel
ready to allow your legs to grow longer.
10)...Eating a portion(150-200g) of pineapple every day
before 2 separate meals with large protein content

12) Increasing calorific intake and counting calories.
13) Keep track of how much you sleep and ensure you

15) Doing 5 sets of 20 reps of pull-ups once every

16) Doing 5 sets of 20 reps of chest presses once
every week on the day after you do your once

Ok so3for the next 30 days you are going to be

increasing your resistance training by doing 5 sets of 20
reps of chest presses once every week. These are to be
done on the day after you do your once weekly pull-ups.

The Method

For this training you will need to use a bench and a light
set of dumbbells.

Adjust the bench by putting it up one notch so that it is on


a slight incline. It should be not quite 45 degrees, and not
quite flat, but somewhere in the middle.

Secure your feet with dumbbells and with a dumbbell in


each hand, gently, and slowly lie back, so that your back
is resting flat against the bench.

Now you are ready to begin your chest press.

Push the weights overhead until both your arms are


straight and then lower them back to the sides of your

chest. Make sure to keep the action nice and controlled.
Do this for 5 sets of 20 reps.

Why Slight Incline Chest Presses?

This training will balance out your muscles and will ensure
that you are not just training your back and that your chest
is given the attention it needs during your grow taller

T
journey.

Incline bench presses (chest presses) build strength in not


only your chest, but also your shoulders and triceps. And
because of the incline more emphasis is placed on the
upper chest muscle.

The result of this training will be increased production of
HGH hormone and your muscles being longer with
increased elasticity (which will benefit you when you are
performing other training exercises within the Grow Taller
program.

Anatomy Of A Chest Press

It has been proven that chest presses done with a bench


on a slight incline enhance muscle growth, but what
actually goes on with your body during a chest press?

Pectoralis Major

The pectoralis major is the large muscle that covers the


chest. It extends from the part of the collarbone that is
closest to the centre of the body, your sternum, and
inserts into a bony protuberance in the upper arm bone
(this is called the greater tubercle).

The chest press works this muscle. When retracting the
shoulder blades together the pectoralis major is stretched,
resulting in the muscle itself having increased length and
elasticity.

Triceps And The Pectoralis Minor

During a chest press the triceps in the back of the arms
extend as you push and retract your shoulder blades.

Beneath the pectoralis major lies the pectoralis minor.


This is a fan-shaped muscle that extends from the middle
of the third and fifth rib and inserts into the scapula near

the shoulder joint, this is called the coracoid process.

The triceps and the pectoralis minor during a chest press


all work to help your pectoralis major stretch and work
efficiently.

Bonus Benefit:

Chest presses are a fantastic cardiovascular workout, so


not only will you be strengthening your body, lengthening
the muscles and increasing elasticity and encouraging
your body to grow – you will also be keeping your heart
healthy.
