Course Title: AGRICULTURAL CROPS PRODUCTION II

Nominal Duration: 336


Qualification Level: NC II

Course Description: Qualification consists of competencies that a person must


achieve to produce various agricultural crops which in-
clude performing nursery operations, planting, caring and
maintaining of crops and carrying-out harvest and
postharvest operations.

Trainee Entry Requirements:


Trainees or students wishing to enroll in this course
should possess the following requirements.

Module Descriptor: This module covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes
required to perform harvest and postharvest operations of
major agricultural crops including maintaining quality of
produce for distribution. This unit also includes proper
use of tools and equipment required to perform the activi-
ties. This unit does not include secondary processing.
