Summary of Strengths and areas for growth
Since becoming a teacher, I have shifted a lot of my focus on student learning and making
sure they feel comfortable and confident in the classroom. I like to try new things and see
what works but I will often forget certain things and do not commit to different
methods/strategies long term. I will think back on the effectiveness of those strategies but
may feel like I did not give it enough time or do it consistently enough to clearly determine
whether or not it worked.
