on the Implementation of the National
Learning Camp (NLC) 2023 for Grade 7
and 8 Teachers

July 24, LOOC NORTE Conducted LAC Session which was Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH participated by my co-teachers handling
“Monday” SCHOOL Mathematics and went over the
different components of the lessons to
be delivered on July 27, 2023.

Printed and prepared the different

resource materials needed for both the
campers and the teacher.
Handled the Mathematics 8 class under
consolidation camp for 1st week.

July 27, LOOC NORTE Delivered the different components for

2023 NATIONAL HIGH each lesson as creative and fun as it Accomplished
“Thursday” SCHOOL could be.

Guided campers in
answering/understanding concepts in
each lesson.
Attended the Friday LAC session, and
together with my co-teacher discussed
our different observations both from the
campers as well as the materials used.
July 28, LOOC NORTE Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH Agreed on some ways or strategies to
“Friday” SCHOOL address the problems encountered
during our first session with the
campers.

Checked the activities done by the

campers and recorded it.
 Got involved on the Monday LAC Session
and together with my co-teacher came
up with activities that suited the weeks
lessons.
July 31, LOOC NORTE Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH Prepared the necessary materials to be
“Monday” SCHOOL used and printed the worksheets of the
learners as well.

Scanned and studied the lessons to be

delivered this week
Held the 2nd session on Mathematics 8
class under consolidation camp.

August 03, LOOC NORTE Discussed concepts that campers found Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH difficult to comprehend and concepts
“Thursday” SCHOOL they forgot.

Facilitated the different activities on

hand specially prepared for the
campers.
Assessed the activities used if it did
serve its purpose which is to help
learners address their difficulty on a
particular concept.
August 04, LOOC NORTE Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH Discussed problems encountered during
“Friday” SCHOOL delivery of the topics and thought of
possible solutions about it.

Checked some of the written activities

on the worksheets of the learners.
Led the LAC Session for the week, and
together with other Math teachers,
discussed the ways on how to make the
lessons easier for the campers to grasp.

Thought of strategies on how to make

August 07, LOOC NORTE the class interactive and fun for the Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH campers and shared it during the
“Monday” SCHOOL collaborative sessions.

Prepared the venue for the class, as well

as the materials to be used such as the
worksheets, PPT Presentations and the
activities.
Provided the campers with the
necessary information they must
understand to better accomplish the
August 10, LOOC NORTE activities prepared. Accomplished

“Thursday” SCHOOL Answered queries from the campers and
guided them in answering the different
 components for every lessons.
Provided feedbacks either positive or
negative on how yesterday’s session
went.

August 11, LOOC NORTE Started accomplishing the anecdotal Accomplished

2023 NATIONAL HIGH records for each camper and wrote
“Friday” SCHOOL down visible progress of campers from
the first session up to the current one.

Followed up the activities done by the

campers and recorded it afterwards.
Participated the Collaborative Session
together with other Math teachers
handling NLC.

August 14, LOOC NORTE Deliberated some teaching strategies Accomplished

2023 NATIONAL HIGH that seems appropriate in carrying this
“Monday” SCHOOL weeks’ lessons and shared it with
everyone.

Printed campers’ worksheets and

activity sheets, prepared PPT
presentations.
Led the campers on this week’s lessons
by giving activities and discussing
important concepts.

August 17, LOOC NORTE Prepared and initiated different fun- Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH filled activities related to this weeks’
“Thursday” SCHOOL topic.

Finished the topics that must be covered

for week 4 of NLC.
Checked some of the written activities
on the worksheets of the learners.

August 18, LOOC NORTE Took part on the LAC Session and Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH shared positive feedbacks about the
“Friday” SCHOOL improvement on each camper.

Made an initial plan for the culminating

activity of NLC.
Scanned and studied the topics needed
to be delivered on the last session of
NLC and collaborate with other NLC
teachers who are handling Mathematics
August 19, LOOC NORTE subject on the activities that might be Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH applicable in delivering this weeks’
“Saturday” SCHOOL lessons.

Finalized and agreed on the activities to

be conducted during the culmination
 program of National Learning Camp this
coming August 25, 2023.
Conducted the last session of
Mathematics 8-Cosolidation Camp.

Gave feedback about each campers’

progress also asked feedback from them
on the way I handled every session.
August 24, LOOC NORTE Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH Facilitated the campers in answering the
“Thursday” SCHOOL last topics needed to be covered for that
week.

Ended the NLC Camp with utmost

gratitude to the campers for making it
until the end.

Prepared NLC Kits and other incentives

to the campers who participated the
NLC 2023.

Joined and enjoyed the Culmination

August 25, LOOC NORTE Program of NLC 2023 together with all Accomplished
2023 NATIONAL HIGH the campers and teachers handling NLC
“Friday” SCHOOL in different subjects and camps.

Participated in the feedbacking session

about the whole NLC program, the
experiences it gave to us teachers and
the lessons we learned along the way.
