Performance Task 1
Performance Task 1
Rationale:
This activity is designed to help students assess their day-to-day life. To live
a well-rounded life is a daily challenge. The question is, “How much time do we
spend attending to the physical self, to the emotional self, and so on?” To live a
balanced life is not about the number (quantity) of hours we spend in every aspect,
but on the “quality time” we spend for each aspect.
In this activity, try to go over all of your activities daily. List them down
and categorize them into Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Political,
Spiritual, & Moral.

REFLECTION PAPER:
After the activity above, make a 1-page reflection paper on the following
questions: (1) “Am I living a well-rounded life?” (2) “Are the challenges I have
encountered in living a balanced life” and (3) “How I am able to cope up these
challenges?”
Reflection:
2. The biggest challenge that I have right now is probably failure, because I
think if I fail now, I would disappoint my family, specifically my mother
and of course I would disappoint myself and I will do my best to avoid
failure.
