 Problem Statement

Have you ever gone to the hotel with your family and, during the experience you ventured to
the pool to have some fun? During this time of having fun hunger strike and then you see a
pool bar that serves food and drinks but, the pool bar is located in the centre and you want to
eat while in said pool but around the family. Now with this new portable pool table design
people can enjoy their food in the water, not having to worry about the food throwing away
or anything of that nature weather at home, hotels or beaches this allow the enjoyment of
food anywhere.

Dear Mr. Kerr,

There was an incident while work commenced in the Technical Drawing Lab. This occurred
on September 8,2023 and took place at Cornwall College Camborne Trevenson Road, Pool,
Redruth, Cornwall
At approximately 9:45AM as I was finishing up my assigned Orthographic Drawing.
During the class being the duration of two hours some of my fellow classmates were finished
before me, hence they found time to procrastinate. Specifically, a class mate Natheal
McLeish. Who then proceeded to mess with the circuit breaker that controlled all electric
current in the technical drawing laboratory? While Turing the lights on and off unknowingly
he flipped the wrong breaker switch which then caused all the electricity in the lab to go
away and only seconds later he let out a scream drawing everyone’s attention to the event
occurring which was the electrocution of McLeish who still had his hand on the switch.
Due to the high electricity output McLeish was then carried to the nurse immediately and
after words transported to the hospital and the room was evacuated for the safety of the rest
of the students. What had seemed to happen is that while my classmate was playing with the
lights the circuit breaker had an electric shortage in which McLeish’s hand was placed. This
may be due to lack of maintenance or regular checks as well as the easy accessibility to
students. By thoroughly investigating and addressing the root causes, we aim to prevent
similar incidents in the future and continuously improve our safety protocols.
