Our function is part of the Talent Management Germany Team in HR Germany

Planned Tasks & Activities: You will be supporting Germany-wide initiatives such as:
• update of the German Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy, metrics, action plan
• the succesful conceptualisation, preparation and conduction of e.g. social
sustainability events, diversity days etc.
• supporting diversity employee ressource groups and volunteering employee
engagement groups in their collaboration and initiatives
• implementation or maintenance/improvement of existing processes for German
DEI-related laws
