Resolution for the Usage of Parents and Teachers Association Funds

Resolution:

In the meeting held on September 21, 2023, at the Barangay Gymnasium, Poblacion, Lake Wood,
Zamboanga del Sur, the Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) members of both Biswangan and
Poblacion campuses have reached the following resolution:

Project Details:

The PTA funds will be allocated for the purchase of 50 plastic arm chairs.

The remaining PTA funds will be utilized for the construction of student centers.

Both projects, the purchase of arm chairs and the construction of student centers, are intended for the
benefit of all students across both the Biswangan and Poblacion campuses.

Implementation Schedule:

The projects will take effect during the first semester of the school year 2023-2024.

Rationale:

The decision to utilize the PTA funds for these purposes is based on the collective belief that these
improvements will enhance the overall learning environment for the students in both campuses, making
their educational experience more comfortable and conducive to learning. The purchase of arm chairs
will provide students with better seating arrangements, while the construction of student centers will
create communal spaces for students to study, relax, and interact.

Budget Allocation:

The allocation of PTA funds for the projects will be as follows:

Purchase of 50 plastic arm chairs: [Amount]

The exact amounts will be determined based on the available PTA funds and cost estimates provided by
the responsible committee.

Responsibilities:

A committee will be formed to oversee the implementation of these projects. The committee will
