NOTES
1.- Information to be defined by Bidder.
2.- This datasheet will be complemented with the document Handling System. Technical specification.
3.- Linking the belts by staples is not authorised.
4.- For the first conveyor where hot bottom ash is collected after ash extractor, a flame-retardant belt resisting at 170°C must be used.
5.- For motors and drivers, provide guaranteed power consumption (@ terminals motor) at 20ºC .
6.- Provide the noise spectrum, comply with a noise limit of less than < 82dBA (Data to be confirmed during detailed engineering)
7.- The conveyor shall make provision for a start-up under full load during the design and sizing stage (120%) and when selecting the electric and mechanical features.
8.- The design of wind and sismic shall be in accordance with the International Building Code of Australia, and with the standard as 1170.2/as 1170.4 for wind and earthquake loads.
9.- Cleaning, coating, and painting must comply with the technical specification for painting and coating anti-corrosive EN ISO 12944-2.
