In an organization to succeed, it is not just because of the leader but primarily it’s all the
people within the organization. This is how important professional network in achieving the
goals. I was enlightened on how to establish a professional network, that a leader must be
willing to learn, that learning new things, relearn to be refreshed and to unlearn for some
things may not be feasible and effective anymore.
Common interest or purpose is also one of the keys to establish a strong professional
network, for it everyone moves in one direction and aiming at the same target, we can reach
the end with ease and success. And as we are doing this, we are also strengthening and building
the capacity of our members and in the long run, we are shaping them as future leaders.
Awards and incentives must not be neglected, for it also helps in establishing progress in
so many ways. Employers must be recognized at all times for their exemplary deeds in
whatever form for this boost their moral, inspired to perform better, serve as role model to
colleagues and ultimately contribute to organizational success. Not to forget stakeholders who
always believe and trust us, their contribution must always be recognized to make them feel
that they are part of our achievements.
