    - Landscape Architecture Fee Proposal (Design & Submission)

    With reference to the above matter, we are pleased to submit our landscape
    architecture consultancy fee proposal and scope of work for your kind consideration.

    NO. DESCRIPTION AMOUNT (RM)

    1 Develop a conceptual design including illustrative overall


    landscape concept as well as detail schematic sketches,
    sectional drawing and images to demonstrate the
    concepts for hardscape and softscape elements to
    interpret the project brief for Client’s approval.

    2 To prepare Landscape submission Plan and certified the


    submission plan for local authority approval including:

    a) Pre Consult with Client


    b) Pre Consult with Local Authority
    c) Site Visit ( If required) RM 6,000.00
    d) Prepare set of drawing and related document as
    per Local Authority requirement.
    e) Submit the landscape submission to Local Authority
    and follow up until obtain the approval.
    f) Conduct Landscape inspection with Local
    Authority and submit related document. (If
    required)
    g) To prepare Form G21 for CCC

    NOTE: The above fees shall be exclusive of Good and Services


    Tax (GST).
