This ordinance shall be known as” An Ordinance Prohibiting the Uses of
Modified Muffler or Deteriorated Muffler or Exhaust ( Tambudtso) in all
Motorcycle and Motorized Vehicle for Private and Public use Travelling
within the Municipality of Datu Paglas.
Driver is a person who is fit to drive and control a vehicle.
Ordinance is piece of legislation enacted by a municipal or provincial
authority.
The prohibited acts are specifically stated and identified in the ordinance
itself .
The authorities imposed appropriate fines for the prohibited acts done by
the violators.
There is a random inspection for motorcycle that has modified muffler
The authorities give their exemplary job to maintain the safeness and
welfare of the people in Datu Paglas on the the anti-modified ordinance
Random inspection can decrease the number of motorcyclist who are
using modified muffler on their motorcycles.
The authorities coordinate with the Local Government Unit of Datu
Paglas for the implementation of anti-modified muffler ordinance.
The Local Government Unit of Datu Paglas obliges the guidelines in
implementation of anti-modified muffler ordinance.
The authorities are working and implementing this ordinance with full of
love and passion.
The Land Transportation Office(LTO) the Land Transportation and
Franchising Regulatory Board(LTFRB) and PNP- Highway Patrol Group
( HPG) and the Traffic Task Force in LGU are task to implement this
Ordinance
Part III. Implementation Level of the anti-Muffler Municipal Ordinance No.10-17

Below are implementation guidelines of the above Municipal Ordinance phase rate them
accordingly highly implemented, moderately implemented and poorly implemented to the best of
your knowledge.

2. Observance of the penalties.

a. First offense- 500Php and impounding of the unit until the


violation completed.

b. Second offense- 1000Php and impounding of the unit


pending completion of the requirements.

c. Third offense- impounding of the unit.
