INTRODUCTION
Do you know the advantages of being a HRDC Accredited Trainer? Only HRDC Accredited Trainers are qualified to
conduct training programmes under the HRDC schemes, and train employees who contribute to HRDC.

 Lead TTT Trainer
Mr. Chan Ching Pern (CP) received his Bachelor of Degree (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from
University of Malaya in 1998. CP is fluent in English, BM, Mandarin and can converse in
Cantonese and Hokkien dialects too. CP armed with such multilingual skills is able to relate and
communicate with participants from various different cultural backgrounds and to break learning
barriers in all his training delivery and facilitating workshops through reflecting learning from case
study examples through questioning and formulating responses through the learners’ lenses and
perspectives.
CP Chan CP started his experience in Train-The-Trainer Programme in China, in year 2012. Since then, he
HRDC had conducted many such TTT Programmes in Malaysia, Singapore. CP had groomed and
Accredited
developed four Lead Instructors for the firm he worked for as a Training & Technical Manager.
The experience had given him the opportunity to apply his coaching skill and use the Train-the-
Trainer Programme Modules in Instruction Design using ADDIE framework, Malcolm Knowles’s Adult Learning
Theory, and the importance of Training Competency Assessment process and evaluation standards such as the
Kirkpatrick Model.

Apart from being a HRDC registered trainer and HRDC TTT Lead Trainer, CP is also a certified trainer by IVV of
UK since 2013. CP has conducted and trained more than 5,000 people for the better in their capacities in realizing
their work performance potential.

Our Programme’s Facilitators
My journey with Learning & Development started a long time ago, way back in 1986 when I took up a temporary
teaching job. My students were very exceptional – they were all either blind or had severe visual handicap. Being with
them made me realize that everyone could learn and that you only need to device the correct methods to make them
learn best. What I did not realize was the fact that this experience played a big part in my journey towards becoming
a lifelong learner.
Today, I find a huge amount of satisfaction when I am with my participants, engaging them in learning activities and
continuing to grow with them. I obtained a formal training certification from HRDF, and also armed myself with a
Syafiq Suresh Coaching and NLP certification. All these are only the beginning of the next step of my journey to be amongst the
best and to help produce the best.

Yohana Alsagoff is a HRDF Certified Trainer since 2019, carries an array of experience which
ranges from broadcasting to marketing to financial industry.
My mission is to always “Transfer & Transform” participants whenever I can, in order to explore
higher possibilities & performance, individually or in a company, hopefully in future, nationwide.
A UiTM Media Studies graduate, Yohana is passionate about self-development and financial
literacy that has made her the Head of Shariah Portfolio Management
in one the prominent financial literacy groups in Malaysia. She has been actively involved in
Yohana training and coaching for sales skill sets, financial management and self- development where
Alsagoff she applies Gretchen Rubin's Four Tendencies Framework and Dr. Hartman's Colour Code
Personality to understand and engage with her team and participants effectively.
She believes that everyone is driven by motivation and this has become her calling to inspire
and unlock one's fullest potential.

“Givers gain” is the philosophy that resonates my heart the most, and knowledge which I believe, is the best asset
and investment where the more we share, the more we gain. My passion to share knowledge started since I was an
undergraduate when I was pursuing my bachelor degree in the National University of Malaysia (U.K.M), as a part-
time tuition teacher.
After graduated as a Biochemist, I took up the challenges and engaged myself in a diverse field from science to
business administration. In my working life, apart from my core job function as the HOD of Sales & Marketing and
one of the key people in the management, I also played the role of an internal trainer.
My passion to teach and learn deepened over the years. I decided to become a full-time trainer while continuing
LC Wan learning after more than 20 years in employment. Being a passionate learner, besides getting certified as a Licensed
NLP Coach and MBA, I am also embarking on a journey in pursuing the DBA (Doctor of Business Administration).
Hence, the Train-The-Trainer program is my favourite program as it allows me to share with others and inspire
others, to grow and progress together. We all gain in the teaching and learning processes.
