Throughout their tenancy, Ana Maria Castro and Andres Mauricio Reyes have consistently paid their rent
on time and in full, demonstrating great financial responsibility. They have also shown a high level of
respect for the property, maintaining it in excellent condition. The property has always been kept clean,
and they have promptly reported any maintenance issues, which have been few and far between.

In addition to their excellent care of the property, Ana Maria Castro and Andres Mauricio Reyes have
been model neighbors. They have been respectful and courteous to those living around them,
contributing positively to the community atmosphere. They have adhered to all the terms of their lease
and followed property rules diligently.
