Subject: Request for Fire Truck Load of Water for Macandocandong Elementary School

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing on behalf of Macandocandong Elementary School to request the provision of
one fire truck load of water for our daily use. The water will be utilized for essential purposes
such as maintaining the comfort rooms, school canteen, and watering ornamental plants
within the school premises.
As the Supreme Elementary Learners Government President, I am aware of the necessity of
adequate water supply to ensure the well-being and sanitation of our students and staff.
Additionally, this water will contribute to the maintenance of our school environment,
fostering a conducive atmosphere for learning.
We kindly request your assistance in fulfilling this request at your earliest convenience. Your
support in providing this essential resource to Macandocandong Elementary School will be
greatly appreciated by the entire school community.
