Product/Event Proposal for (How to better tailor your

approach to parenting different personalities )

Background:
My product will be a easy to read booklet/pamphlet that is geared towards parents of children and teens.I
selected my topic because I am interested in learning about the different types of parenting styles and how
they affect the mindset of children growing up.My product will help people because it will help them better
understand how to modify their approaches to parenting children with different personalities.

Thesis:

Objectives of the product/event: To create a booklet/pamphlet that is easy to read over and
engaging for readers so that they can better understand how to tailor their approaches to parenting
children with different personalities.

Parents of children and teens

Timeframe:
Write a detailed list or outline with dates of each task you must do in order to complete this project /event.

Task Start and End Dates

Phase One - Gather information from research paper and December 2023-January
Preparation write it into a different google doc , separate 2024
it into different categories and think about
what i want the layout of my pamphlet to
look like and what website i want to use for
it . I also will go through my information and
reformat it so it doesn’t seem too
overwhelming for a pamphlet . I will also
conduct a survey for my project which will
ask parents questions about their
approaches to their children’s different
personalities

Phase Two - I will start writing out the information from January 2024 - Mid
Implementation the google doc on the pamphlet and will Feburary
take the results from the survey conducted
and will add that on as well.

Phase Three - I will finish writing the information from Mid February 2024-Late
After completion google doc onto my pamphlet , show my Feburary 2024
audience and make adjustments based on
their responses and make sure it is ready
for presentation
